It's ridiculous to even draw any reasonable conclusion that someone 'might' be under the influence based on the outcome of the current battery of tests. Change needs to happen here. They simply don't take the time to learn the other side. They are "drinking the NHTSA-MADD 'Kool-Aid.'" So far, I have never met an officer that had bothered to read one of the validation studies.
